Our Work Methodology
As the initial stage we'll start with the client's basic requirement analysis which defines the objective of the project, what do you expect to offer your users, what's present and what's missing to start the project, etc. We also intend to define the exact surf structure of the website (sections, subsections, accesses, …), as well as the template format, according to the characteristics of the organization image, logos and area.
Openix offers their clients a form with questions that will help us solve all these uncertainties and which we'll jointly complete.
Hardware description, as well as Hosting service will be evaluated during this stage, in order to preserve the integrity of the project.
Next, a proposal is elaborated, which enables the definition of the scope, deadlines and costs for the making of the project.
A proposal will be developed, which will show the client the improvements on the website, and which modifications will be made jointly until the client is satisfied.
It's worth mentioning the importance of getting the client's approval regarding the improvements, since without it it won't be possible to move on to the following stages, and changes during subsequent stages will be more expensive.
Once the client has a better outlook of the site details, in case it's necessary, the deadlines and costs of the subsequent stages can be corrected.
Content and Design
During this stage we work on the new changes and/or modifications that were set out for the site.
The administrators get training on the tasks they are to perform, since the site is ready to function. Assessment will be given on the writing of the different sections of the website.
The site is ready for the users to visit and/or use it.
During this stage the site is functioning, with actual users accessing it and administrators performing the periodic tasks of maintenance, such as customer service, content update, etc.
Our Payment Plans
Three payment plans are proposed in order to make the acquisition of this service easier and in accordance to the needs and budget of our clients.
Plan 1: It's intended for the clients that only require their website to fit their needs and already have staff and experience in this area. With no need for monthly support.
Plan 2: Thought out for clients that also require a website according to their needs, but that stress the need for assistance in the issues of security and information protection in their website. And choose to make a monthly payment for the system.
Plan 3: This plan is intended for the clients that not only require a custom-built website, but also an extended guarantee period and external staff exclusively devoted to the periodical load and modification of their website. A payment service is required as well as monthly maintenance.
